We are expanding our creative team and seeking a Design Contractor to assist our Design Team across all phases of Commercial (multi-family) project execution. The Design Contractor MUST have commercial experience and be proficient Revit.
Create full construction drawings (plans, elevations, rcps, details, etc.) in Revit alongside the Senior Designer.
Create finish presentations in InDesign alongside the Senior Designer.
Manage deliverables for multiple projects.
Maintain quality control across all deliverables.
Construction administration during the CA phase. OAC calls, RFIs, and submittals.
Travel for site visits and installs (in and out of town) if necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
5+ years of professional commercial/hosp interior design experience.
Commercial experience required. Residential experience is a plus.
Must be proficient in Revit, InDesign, and Excel. Sketch-up proficiency is a plus, but not required.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Remote position, however being located in Atlanta with ability to come into the studio is a plus.
Contract for 10-20 hours per week or on a project-by-project basis.
Ability to travel to sites and assist with physical on-site installations is a plus.
We are expanding our creative team and seeking a Senior Designer / Studio Director who will lead a portfolio of projects from concept through final installation, manage our skilled and talented junior design staff, and work directly with our Chief Creative Officer + Founder on the day-to-day operations of our design studio.
The ideal candidate is an experienced interior designer who leads by example — bringing creativity, technical expertise, and strong leadership while ensuring every project reflects Krywicki Interior Design's commitment to timeless design, exceptional service, and meticulous execution.
Lead high-end residential and commercial projects from concept through final installation.
Establish the design direction for each project, including space planning, finish selections, custom detailing, lighting, and FF&E.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on track.
Execute, review, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation for accuracy and quality.
Present design concepts and solutions with confidence while building strong client relationships.
Collaborate closely with architects, builders, consultants, artisans, vendors, and contractors throughout each project.
Mentor, manage, and develop junior designers and design assistants through coaching, delegation, and regular feedback.
Provide redline reviews, quality checks, and guidance that elevates both the work and the growth of the team.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure proper design execution.
Partner with the Chief Creative Officer + Founder to support the day-to-day operations of the design studio.
Help develop and improve studio processes, workflows, and systems that create greater efficiency and consistency.
8+ years of professional interior design experience, including leadership or project management responsibilities.
Extensive experience managing commercial and/or hospitality projects and high-end residential,.
Expectation to actively participate in production of deliverables using Revit (must be proficient), InDesign, and Excel. (Sketch-up is a plus, but not required).
Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, space planning, and project management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Demonstrated experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
MUST be located in the Atlanta area and available to work in our Marietta studio on a weekly basis Monday through Thursday (Fridays are remote).
Ability to travel to sites and assist with physical on-site installations.
